Retreat Request Form
Retreats are non-competitive and are booked on a first-come-first-served basis. Our 2021 schedule is filling quickly, so don't dally.
Scheduling a retreat is simple. This form is the first step. Let us know the dates you are interested in, the studio(s) that will best serve your needs, and whether you would like information on facilitated retreats or private workshops. If you are making a last-minute request, please make sure to include your phone number so we can contact you promptly. If you are not sure how to answer the questions below, don't worry, give us your best guess and we will work out the details when we speak to you on the phone.
Once we have received your retreat request form, we will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a short phone conversation to answer your questions and to make sure that Makers Circle is the right fit for you.
